What is a private import wine?
Private import wines are wines selected by Agent Papilles. They are not available on SAQ store shelves. To order private import wines, customers must go through the agency, which acts as an intermediary between the client and the SAQ.
It is important to note that the SAQ, as a Crown corporation, is responsible for handling, delivery, and collecting payment for all orders.

Select the wines you wish to add to your private import shopping cart.
The sale of private import (PI) wines must be made by the case — this is required by law.
For this reason, we primarily offer wines packaged in 6-bottle cases.

4- Review and Pay
Agency Fees
Before submitting your order, be sure to carefully review the details (selected wines, price, number of cases, etc.).
You can then proceed with the payment of the agency fees to confirm your order.
Payment for the wines themselves will be made at the store upon pickup.

This step is not mandatory, but by creating an account, your address will be saved for future orders and you will have access to your order history.
5- Pick Up Your Order!

Delivery is free, and the selected SAQ store will contact you by phone once your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery to the chosen store could take a few weeks.

From the list of SAQ stores designated for private import processing, select the store of your choice.
You will receive an order confirmation from us by email or phone, including the estimated delivery date to the store and the total amount, taxes included.
